Making a claim
In order to file a claim, follow the procedure outlined below:

1. Return/claim form
Complete the return/claim form and attach it to the return shipment. The document should include the following details: name and surname, e-mail address or address for service, telephone number, product number and grounds for the claim, purchase date and date when the defect occurred.

2. Returning the product
When filing  a claim, please return the product including all the accessories and a copy of the invoice you received upon the purchase.

3. Shipment
Please return the product to the following address:

As per the mandatory law, you can return the purchased product within 14 days. In order to withdraw from the agreement and return the product you bought, complete the relevant declaration and send it to us together with the returned product(s):


Remember to include all the accessories you received with the product(s) and the invoice/receipt.
